Dr. Yoonji Lee

“Every eye has its own story: It’s fascinating how everyone’s eyes are all unique in their own special way. And that’s why I strongly believe everyone deserves individualized care to achieve the best outcome possible.”

Dr. Yoonji Lee completed her Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Washington, in her hometown of Seattle, WA. Then she continued her passion in science by obtaining Masters Degree in Biomedical Science from the Midwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. After completing her Masters degree, she moved to Canada to be with her then-fiancé, then went on to attain Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo, the only English-speaking Optometry School in Canada. As part of her training, Dr. Lee worked closely with general ophthalmologists and retinal specialists in New Market, Ontario.

Dr. Lee is board certified to manage and treat with Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents (TPA). She is a member of good standing with the College of Optometrists of Ontario, the Canadian Association of Optometrists and the Ontario Association of Optometrists.
